Would you like to spend your vacations in Sardinia, one
of the most beautiful areas of the island?
We are talking of a promontory deeping in the
Mediterranean Sea on the wonderful Gulf of Aranci.
We are in the
Northern side of Sardinia , close to Olbia and to Porto Cervo, to Maddalena and
Caprera Island.
The house is located in GOLFO ARANCI, Cala Spada
and from its terraces all you can see is the deep blue sea on both sides...you
will just have to decide if you want to walk for 5 minutes to reach the closest beach or 10 minutes to reach
one of the most beautiful beaches of this corner of heaven.
But sardinia means also
sightseeing...its little
villages climbed on the rocky hills, the round towers on the coast but also
areas like the EMERALD COAST or Santa Teresa di Gallu ra offer a special blink on
an unforgettable landscape. Driving north for a few kilometers (40/50 km) you
can reach the islands of Caprera and La Maddalena located in one of the most
windy areas of the Mediterranean Sea (close to the Bocche di Bonifacio which
divide Sardinia from Corsica) and people from all over the world come here to
practice sailing, windsurfing etc..
The house you are going to rent is a typical mediterranean house,
composed of two floors. You will acceed to the first floor walking trough a
colourful and sweet-smelling garden. You will find yourself in a wide hall with
a balkony facing the sea...there is a kitchen and a toilette and a double
divan-bed. Going upstairs you will find three rooms, two triple bed and a double
bed, a toilette and a terrace.
Located close to the centre of the little village of Cala Spada you will
fin d everything easily...supermarkets, banks and also restaurants, cafes and
discos...therefore... What kind of vacation to spend will be up to you... A
totally indipendent one (cooking your own food and organizing your days) or a
quite laizy vacation to relax yourself (attending any restaurant at your choice).
The port of Golfo Aranci and the port of Olbia
(only 15 minutes drive
from Cala Spada) are easily reachable from Civitavecchia, Genova and Livorno by
ferry-boats and fast-ferries. Also the airport of Olbia is, especially on Summer
time, very well linked to all the major italian airports.

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION/PAYMENT
POLICY:
please note, usually at the confirmation of the
services we prepare a pro-forma invoice and we ask to send us the 30 % of the
total amount as a deposit, then you can pay total balance 15 days prior to your
arrival . Of course we are at your disposal to discuss any way of payment you
prefer.
