Barbara and Eleonora Carabetti are the founders of this activity.

Eleonora carried out language studies; she speaks English, French and Spanish and has been working as a tour escort for cruise ships since 1991.

In the last few years she has acquired a lot of experience while working for the major Italian tour operators. She is very keen on interpersonal exchanges and has always had a natural bent for relating to people.

Barbara started working as an escort for cruise ships passengers in 1989 while continuing her studies at university in Rome (La Terza Università). She graduated in 1994 with the maximum grades. Since then she has attended specialization courses. In 1990 she worked for a travel agent: a successful start in tourism. After that she carried on working as a tour escort for nearly all the tour operators offering services to cruise ships calling at Civitavecchia harbor.
She worked as a hostess for the Club Med and as a tour leader for an important tour operator in the U.S. accompanying tourists during their tours all around Europe. Barbara was also a supervisor appointed by a company in Rome on the occasion of cruise lines using Civitavecchia as their "home port". When Alitalia appointed her to the international departures at the Fiumicino Airport, she had the chance to enlarge her knowledge of airport and custom procedures.
In 1999, she’s been the Representative for Tourism at the Civitavecchia town hall, taking part in the city council during debates concerning tourism.

In a word, the whole of the experience acquired by Eleonora and Barbara throughout the years concerns tourism-related activities, and more specifically the cruise sector.

Alessia Colle, after her experience as a tour escort is now the Shore Excursion Manager; she’s been working with the different incoming tour operators since the year 2000 and she supervises all the ships calls and turn-arounds.
She speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish.

Francesca Petri has been working with cruise passengers since she is 19 and her experience “on the field” has allowed her to become a very good operative.
She speaks Italian English and German.

Cinzia Spalletta has been working for many years in the Spanish speaking market and takes care of the incoming department either with groups & individuals requests.
She speaks Italian and Spanish.
